No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of pet products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect color or style selected by the customer

  • Pet not liking or not fitting the product

  • Minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings

  • Normal wear and tear after use

Please check the product description, size chart, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Size Responsibility

For pet apparel, harnesses, collars, and accessories, sizing may vary depending on your dog’s breed, body shape, coat length, weight, and measurements.

Customers are responsible for measuring their pets accurately and choosing the correct size before purchasing. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Photos of the package, if applicable

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Whitmore Limited is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist where possible.
